My rate for new clients is $40/hour, and once I get a sense of how long it takes me to do your books, you have the option to switch to fixed-rate pricing which is a flat monthly fee determined by the size of your business.

For most small-sized businesses (2-4 bank & credit card accounts), my monthly fee with fixed-rate pricing is $300 (equivalent to 8 hours/month).
